As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all client work papers, documents, and reports. This includes providing direct support to colleagues, maintaining databases, and ensuring timely filing of documents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up new job files
- Filing and cataloguing client documents accurately
- Managing electronic documentation on Microsoft Teams and the company network
- Providing document management assistance nationally and internationally
- Maintaining records databases and conducting regular audits
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. If you are proactive, reliable, and have strong time management skills, we want to hear from you
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office
