**The Opportunity**
As the **Document Management Specialist**, you be working across key infrastructure projects.
**The location is flexible across Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.**
The focus of this role is to undertake all document Management functions which will see you responsible for:
- Checking/validation/verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility
- Maintenance of electronic and original hard copy files and document registers
- Processing and recording incoming and outgoing vendor data and engineering design drawings
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date internal Document Management system
- Responsible for the record document flow to and from all necessary parties
- Issue and track location of all documents and drawings
- Train the project teams on Document Management systems and/or project specific systems and procedures
**Who are you?**
As an individual you are excited by the prospects of delivering iconic projects with key clients. As a Document Management Specialist, you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a document Management position
- Specific experience in Document Management software including Team binder, Aconex, and Documentum would be an advantage.
- Proven history contributing to a team effort in project environments
- Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and programs
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage own workload
- Tenacious and hardworking attitude
- Knowledge of current document control standards
