Export Documentation Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Services Specialist to coordinate and oversee export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor production and adjust shipments in line with the production schedule
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws
- Enter and process export orders accurately in SAP system, ensuring all details are correct for timely fulfillment
- Prepare and submit all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Manage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, banks and government agencies
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements, ideally with minimum 3 years of experience in export documentation
- Experience in export Letter of Credit's
- SAP or similar systems experience would be highly regarded
- Experience in using Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
