The role of HR Manager will provide professional support to employees and leadership teams in workforce planning, country HR support, employee communication and employee relations.

This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be part of the global HR team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business departments to identify HR service needs based on workforce planning, business needs and employee requirements.
  • Support the delivery of business strategy through effective HR management.
  • Manage employee relationship issues and ensure all policies and procedures are in accordance with company HR policies and procedures, labour laws and local regulations.
  • Work with other regional HR function teams to engage in and execute different HR relevant local or international projects.
  • Support collaboration in global working structures of business.
  • Manage local payroll.
  • Prepare, coordinate and execute all interaction with local works counsel.
  • Manage external legal HR counselling based on individual needs.
  • Manage local employees and recruitment.
  • Constantly communicate and collaborate with Global HR Team and CHRO.
Requirements
  • University degree, major in HR Management or Labour Law preferred.
  • Industry background is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Four-plus years of HR Manager or HRBP experience in an international environment.
  • Process- and detail-oriented professional leader with strong business and analytical skills.
  • Strong willingness to contribute, and has listening and analytical skills, able to advise and influence at all levels of organization.
  • Familiar with the latest Labour Laws and relevant government regulations.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of NAV will be a plus.
  • Well organized, hands-on as well as strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple complex issues.
  • Coaching & people competence development, Negotiation skills and Self-Confident.
  • Fluency in English is key.
