Senior Retail Operations Manager

A high-performing team leader is sought after to assist in driving a customer-focused culture and creating a memorable experience within our stores.
The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration. This role will also be responsible for building an effective store and motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement and create seamless experiences with every interaction.
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team through coaching and development.
- Collaborate with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
- Requirements:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A supportive leader able to motivate and mentor a team.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales and KPIs.
- Attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Ability to manage large stock volumes and stock management systems.
- A genuine desire to be part of the organization.
