Leadership and Team Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our retail operations and teams.

  • This role involves managing multiple sites and ensuring effective store performance, productivity, and efficiency improvement.
  • You will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members, with a focus on operational excellence and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Leadership:
    1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business success.
    2. Manage store operations, including scheduling, training, and employee development.
    3. Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  2. Team Management:
    1. Recruit, select, and train high-performing team members.
    2. Coach and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
    3. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    1. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
    2. Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance and progress.
