We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Retail Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of our drive-thru bottle shop, including inventory management, staff supervision and customer relations.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

Experience in a similar role is essential, as is a strong understanding of the liquor industry and its regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the drive-thru bottle shop and ensuring efficient operations
  • Supervising a team of staff members and providing coaching and feedback
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
