We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional automotive solutions to our customers, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions to customers
  2. Process administrative tasks efficiently, including system processing and stock control
Future Expectations:
  1. Sales and delivery of finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions
  2. Assisting with vehicle stock management
  3. Meeting and exceeding monthly performance targets
  4. Driving high conversions and sales rates while prioritizing customer satisfaction
  5. Strengthening relationships between customers and the dealership
Requirements:
  1. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  2. Effective negotiation and closing skills
  3. Ability to think critically and creatively for customers
  4. Excellent customer service skills and willingness to collaborate with a strong sales team
  5. Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
  6. Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
  7. High level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency
  8. Necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to acquire quickly
