Our company is seeking a skilled Automotive Business Leader to join our team. This role involves providing customers with the best automotive solutions available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and delivery of financial products
  • Sales and delivery of insurance products
  • Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions
  • Administrative duties including system processing and stock control

Within six months, the successful applicant will take on additional responsibilities, including:

  • Sales and delivery of financial products
  • Sales and delivery of insurance products
  • Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions
  • Assisting with vehicle stock control
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance metrics
  • Driving high conversions and sales rates while prioritizing customer interests
  • Strengthening relationships between customers and the dealership

We require:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box for customers
  • Strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for sales teamwork
  • Ability to double close deals and support Sales Consultants
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Autonomy and ability to work across multiple sites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High computer literacy and experience with the Microsoft suite
  • Relevant finance and insurance accreditation or willingness to acquire
