We're currently seeking a Senior Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dedicated used car department. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior frontline sales role with excellent earning potential, in a respected, family-run dealership.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, your focus will be on delivering strong sales results while providing an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling a full range of value-add products including finance introductions, trade-ins, warranties, and aftermarket.
  • Following up on customer inquiries and leads promptly and professionally.
  • Conducting accurate vehicle appraisals using the Eval Expert system.
  • Assisting in maintaining vehicle presentation and online listings to maximise interest and gross profit.
  • Delivering a premium experience that drives positive customer reviews and referrals.
