Car Care Sales Specialist

As a Car Care Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with customers and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase the value of protecting new vehicles through the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with customers, welcoming them to the dealership and providing support during inquiries.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by highlighting the benefits of protecting their new vehicle.
  • Generate income for the Dealership through the sale of aftermarket products.
  • Collaborate with the team to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a balance between customer experience and profit goals.

In addition, you will provide relevant sales forecast data to ensure adequate stock levels of aftermarket products and maintain the immaculate presentation of reception and customer lounge areas.
