About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Architecture Director FSI to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client managers in five areas: Account Planning, Opportunity Seeding, Opportunity Strategy & Execution, Portfolio Ideation, and In-Contract Innovation Strategy.
  • Understand client's current enterprise-wide landscape, pains and ambitions, and identify potential value from NTT Data Inc solutions.
  • Create client awareness and interest in our portfolio offers through presentations and workshops.
  • Play a key role in stitching multi-domain solutions with solution and technical architects from various service divisions.
  • Optimize value and costing to balance outcomes desired by clients and drive winning deals.
  • Share client needs and wants with service divisions to trigger portfolio enhancements and related value propositions.
  • Demonstrate NTT Data Inc ability to bring innovation into ongoing delivery and define in-contract innovation strategy.

Deliverables

  • Document client insights, account plans, solution value propositions, facilitated client workshops, and multi-domain solutioning.
  • Contribute to opportunity plans on solution and value, and ensure cost-value optimization.
  • Develop in-contract innovation strategies, IT/digital strategy documentation, and bookings KPI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or technology discipline.
  • Total experience of 15+ years, and 5+ years specializing in enterprise architecture.
  • Experience in FSI industry - banking, insurance, and financial services, with exposure to best practices and business models like BIAN in banking.
  • Exposure to IT infrastructure best practices such as SDx, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, ITSM, etc.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Evidence of engaging C-suite in clients, strategic partners, and internally.
  • Experience in orchestrating technical architects to optimize value-cost of solutions.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
