What does the role entail?

The Linfox Healthcare division delivers pioneering warehousing and distribution solutions for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Account Manager who aligns with our vision of operational excellence and can uphold our promise to esteemed clients by providing exceptional service and operational effectiveness.

This position plays a crucial role in fostering customer retention and expanding our market share by ensuring we fulfill our operational commitments, establishing Linfox as the preferred logistics partner in the Healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Conducting research and analysis on current and potential clients, and developing marketing materials to drive organic growth.
  • Proactively managing client relationships, facilitating Business Operational Reviews (BORs), and overseeing contractual reporting.
  • Providing operational and financial insights to various stakeholders, supporting tenders, pricing, and presentations that position Linfox as the go-to solution for Healthcare supply chains.
  • Reviewing and establishing contracts and agreements for both new and existing clients.
  • Managing the integration of new clients and ensuring a smooth transition for successful implementation.

As a dedicated professional in the Healthcare supply chain sector, you will leverage your drive, resilience, and business acumen to exceed client expectations through a partnership approach to solution selling. You should possess:

  • Experience in business development or account management within a complex Pharmaceutical or Medical Device supply chain environment, or operational experience with a proactive relationship management approach.
  • A client-focused mindset in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
  • Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, profit/loss statements, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics.
  • Proven ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and agreements.
  • Self-motivation, analytical skills, and a methodical approach to achieving results.
