About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Linfox Healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring service delivery meets contractual commitments.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Managing customer relationships and facilitating business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive organic growth
  • Providing operational and financial insights to stakeholders and supporting tenders and presentations
  • Reviewing and establishing customer contracts and agreements
  • Managing new customer integration and ensuring a seamless transition to a successful implementation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in business development or account management within a complex Pharmaceutical or Medical Device supply chain environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and agreements
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to relationship management
