We are a hotel with a large presence in Australia, seeking a highly skilled candidate to fill a key position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales and revenue growth for group bookings of 10 rooms or more
- Oversee the coordination of PCO group blocks, ensuring seamless inventory management, payment processing, and group setup
- Ensure timely input of reservations and data for all group enquiries and bookings
- Prepare detailed information sheets on group movements and brief stakeholders prior to arrival
- Monitor and manage hotel inventory in relation to group reservations to prevent potential losses

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in a Front Office or Reservations role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation, energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional hotel operations
  • Confident and articulate negotiation, relationship-building, and networking abilities
