IT Resilience Specialist

We're on the lookout for an IT Resilience Manager to lead technology-driven resilience programs driving business continuity disaster recovery and incident response efforts.

This specialist role ensures critical technology systems and processes are prepared tested and aligned with internal standards and external obligations. You'll work closely with leaders across Technology Information Security and Enterprise Risk building effective repeatable resilience practices.

  • Lead and improve resilience practices across the business
  • Run engaging BCP / DR simulations and incident response exercises
  • Create training that empowers both techies and non-techies
  • Drive security awareness and preparedness with energy and creativity
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure readiness to respond

You'll partner with risk tech and leadership to make resilience part of our DNA.
