Job Summary

This role has been created to fill Executive Assistant vacancies across the Treasury. We are seeking high performing candidates to join our team at the APS4 and APS5 classifications.

About The Position
  • The successful applicant will manage, coordinate and prioritise office workflow to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
  • Schedule meetings and forward planning, including collation and completion of meeting papers.
  • Provide secretariat support, maintain information resources and model behaviour consistent with the APS Code of Conduct and Values.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prioritise office tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Support senior executives with diary management, email and telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage records.
  • Utilise systems including Microsoft Office and Tech1 to share information and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Citizen at the time of application.
  • Minimum Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain).
