Job Overview

The Human Resource Services Officer role is a pivotal position within the organization, playing a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of the Tracer team.

  • Liaising with clients to provide advice and resolve issues.
  • Managing second-level enquiries through to satisfactory resolutions.
  • Assisting the supervisor in leading daily operations of the Tracer unit to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Daily duties involve meeting workload requirements while providing top-notch client services. This includes:

  • Undertaking operational tasks efficiently.
  • Providing guidance and resolving client issues promptly.
  • Managing second-level inquiries with professionalism.
