Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Services Officer to lead the TRACER team, ensuring high daily workloads are met in support of Queensland state schools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage second-level enquiries through to resolution, acting as a decision maker and escalation point.
  • Assist the supervisor in leading day-to-day operations of the TRACER unit, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with clients to provide expert advice, resolve issues, and promote the TRACER operation.
  • Contribute to short-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the TRACER unit.
  • Provide effective human resource services and administrative support to clients and applicants.

Requirements

A relevant qualification or experience in human resources or a related field is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also required, along with the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
