This role is responsible for coordinating events, managing administrative tasks, and providing high-level support to senior members.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all event logistics, including invitation creation, RSVPs, and event payments.
- Assist in planning and budgeting for events, ensuring effective expenditure management.
- Provide high-level support to senior members, committees, and stakeholders.
- Research and prepare materials on staff relations, Alumni reunion programs, and Association activities.
- Prepare reports on regular intervals highlighting Association activity and event outcomes.
- Coordinate guest lists and VIP arrangements for events.
- Prepare presentation materials for reunions and conduct post-event activities.
- Update Alumni details and maintain accurate records.
- Support editorial elements of the College publication and coordinate Lion magazine content.
- Prepare birth notices for Lion magazine and manage Lion Toys.
- Circulate information on deaths of Alumni and update records accordingly.
- Manage purchases on behalf of the association through approved channels.
