Event Coordinator Role
As a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for restaurant and event spaces.
This integral position involves coordinating events across unique private dining areas, working closely with the events team to deliver high-quality experiences, and gaining valuable experience in reservations and events operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars of events and activations
- Provide behind-the-scenes day-to-day administrative and customer service support
- Gain valuable experience working alongside the events team
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a skilled and passionate team
- Participate in professional development through internal and accredited external training
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reservations/events operation or restaurant administration is preferred
- Familiarity with reservation and POS software is an advantage
