The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Channels, this newly created role will be fundamental in delivering on this ambitious growth and business transformation agenda.
Accountable for developing and managing strategic alliances that amplify donor growth, the successful candidate will build and engage a high-performance team of 60 + people to define and execute partnership strategy, activation and operations across a diverse portfolio including corporate, government and community stakeholders.

Essential capabilities to ensure impact Include:
- Strategic Thinking: Outstanding ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organisational goals including establishing a vision and direction for team and program.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and leading through ambiguity and change.
- Commercial and Analytical Skills: Strong commercial acumen and competence in establishing and evaluating workforce and partnership performance and making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and growth outcomes.
- Negotiation and influencing skills: Ability to navigate complex discussions with confidence, building consensus and securing mutually beneficial outcomes through persuasive communication and strategic relationship management.
- Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels including Lifeblood and partner ;executive teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and negotiate commercial agreements.
Desired capabilities that will help you hit the ground running:
- Experience gained within a health service or solutions environment.
- Marketing expertise to drive awareness and engagement campaigns.
- Experience enabling partnership operations through digital adoption, including AI.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify new and diverse opportunities.
