Job Title: Cultivating Partnerships ManagerAbout Us:We're a non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. Our mission is to connect people and provide essential services to those in need.The Role:We're seeking a skilled Cultivating Partnerships Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. You'll be responsible for building relationships with supporters, delivering philanthropy objectives, and collaborating with our CEO to drive strategy and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and future supporters.
  • Deliver revenue growth within the philanthropic stream.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Implement best practices through process improvements and data-driven decision making.
  • Support colleagues at relevant events and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Maintain accurate records on our CRM system.
Ideal Candidate:We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector.
