As a skilled Clinical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and utilization of the Vocera Platform through education, engagement, and relationship-building with key stakeholders and clinical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Customer Adoption: Ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives within assigned territory
- Educate Healthcare Professionals: Educate and drive utilization of the Vocera Platform among healthcare professionals
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations to drive platform adoption and usage
- Provide Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance in establishing and maintaining Vocera Governance committees
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience: 5+ years of customer success, account management or related experience
- Patient Care Experience: 5+ years of direct patient care experience
- Education Expertise: Experience building and delivering education
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Relationship Building Skills: Strong relationship building skills
- Further Education: Further studies in business, customer success management or education
- Clinical Account Manager Experience: Experience as Clinical Account Manager or equivalent
