Live Entertainment Professional

This is a senior role that requires an experienced live entertainment professional with established industry relationships and a trusted reputation among agents, managers, and artists.

The successful candidate will identify touring opportunities, negotiate deals, and build on the company's legacy of delivering world-class live events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading identification, pitching, and securing of high-profile tours and artists across various markets
  • Developing compelling commercial proposals and negotiating artist/agent deals, including exclusivity, contract terms, and commercial splits

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the live entertainment/touring industry with a strong network of relationships. They will also possess:

  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in artist contracts and commercial agreements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder management abilities
  • Commercial acumen, including budget development, financial analysis, and revenue generation
  • Market intelligence and trend analysis capabilities with business development focus
