Entertainment Travel Manager
to join our team
What You'll Do:
Manage and coordinate complex travel itineraries for high-profile clients in entertainment and performing arts.
Provide exceptional service and unmatched attention to detail, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel experiences.
Use your expertise in
Tramada
and
Sabre
to book, manage, and troubleshoot client travel needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Help make our clients' Gigs come to Life
What You'll Need:
3+ years of corporate travel management experience
with a core focus on the entertainment industry.
Extensive experience
with
Tramada
and GDS (Sabre favored).
Comprehensive experience
with
Excel
and the
Microsoft Office Suite
.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes for small to large groups.
Strong communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
A proactive, client-first mindset that delivers outstanding service.
