Entertainment, Touring & Travel Specialist

Location: Melbourne (Remote WFH - Currently 1 day in office)

Are you an experienced corporate travel manager looking to bring your expertise to the entertainment industry? Gig Travel Group is seeking a dynamic Entertainment Travel Manager to join our team

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and coordinate complex travel itineraries for high-profile clients in entertainment and performing arts.
  • Provide exceptional service and unmatched attention to detail, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel experiences.
  • Use your expertise in Tramada and Sabre to book, manage, and troubleshoot client travel needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Help make our clients' Gigs come to Life

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of corporate travel management experience with a core focus on the entertainment industry.
  • Extensive experience with Tramada and GDS (Sabre favored).
  • Comprehensive experience with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes for small to large groups.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, client-first mindset that delivers outstanding service.
