As a leader, you'll be responsible for motivating a high-performing team, driving revenues, and creating engaging spaces that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive revenues through effective management and guest engagement.
  • Create WOW spaces that showcase our personality.
  • Mentor and develop your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage all aspects of an entertainment venue, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passionate and experienced hospitality leader with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing an entertainment venue.
  • A valid RSA and ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • Strong time management skills and administrative experience.
  • An obsession with delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue, including bar, kitchen, functions, etc.
