Strategic HR Leader for Cultural Transformation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader to drive cultural transformation at PeopleIN. As a key member of our Senior People Leadership Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people management and engagement functions to meet organisational goals.
- Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance staff attraction, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate performance improvement systems.
- Promote a learning culture and facilitate staff development.
- Manage HR investigations and represent the business in relevant proceedings.
- Communicate PeopleIN's mission, vision, and policies effectively.
- Provide timely HR advice and stay informed on employment legislation.
- Initiative and deliver training and development.
- Recognise and inspire staff contributions to improvement initiatives.
- Conduct staff engagement surveys and act on feedback.
- Use data for staffing decisions and secure management of personal/business data.
- Engage in professional development through performance appraisals.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a professional services environment.
- 5 - 7 years HR/P&C generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and workforce planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to drive cultural change and enhance performance.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
- Experience with HR technology and data analytics.
