Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing deep insights and leadership on transformation opportunities across the Company.
The successful candidate will have experience in consulting or senior leadership roles within analytical divisions, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes through transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with senior leaders and executives to improve and broaden the transformation pipeline, establish key transformation projects and performance metrics, and provide strategic and analytical insight to relevant stakeholders.
In addition, you will manage internal cross-functional and external consulting teams to unlock transformational value across all potential areas and ensure approval of strategic transformational initiatives at all required levels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead transformation initiatives to drive strategic innovation across Virgin Australia
- Develop and implement strategies to improve and broaden the transformation pipeline
- Establish key transformation projects and performance metrics
- Provide strategic and analytical insight to relevant stakeholders
- Manage internal cross-functional and external consulting teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
- An MBA would be highly regarded
- Significant background and experience in consulting or senior leadership roles within analytical divisions
- Exceptional commercial and financial acumen
- Strong communication and dynamic leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and implement initiatives that deliver business outcomes
