Blue Collar Recruitment Leader

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage our blue collar team in the Perth CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading from the front and working on a vertical blue collar desk: Mining | Rail | Manufacturing | Construction.
Your role will involve day-to-day management of the existing Blue Collar Team, acting as a role model and ambassador within the team, analysing existing customer base, strengthening relationships and ensuring they receive exceptional customer service, resulting in positive revenue growth.
You will work with the team to market map new opportunities, further strengthening our blue collar client base and delivery capability, drive new business opportunities through new and existing networks, and lead by example delivering 360 recruitment to your clients in conjunction with managing the team.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years previous recruitment experience.
- Leadership / management experience or an ambition to move into a leadership role - essential.
- Confident - able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person.
- Keen to commit to a vertical desk and become the very best and lead by example.
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail.
- Salary : $85,000 – $100,000 plus superannuation.
- Very competitive Bonus scheme based on personal and team monthly GP results.
