Part-Time Blue-Collar Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mobilisation & Safety Coordinator. This is a part-time role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding, including collecting, verifying and storing tickets, licences, VEVO checks, medicals, inductions and client paperwork. They will also track expiry dates for tickets, VOCs, white cards and visas, and follow up for renewals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collect, verify and store necessary documents, including tickets, licences and medical records.
- Track expiry dates for relevant certifications and licenses.
- Maintain accurate records using naming conventions and internal systems.
- Support directors with administrative tasks, errands and diary coordination.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment, mobilisation or site administration, with knowledge of onboarding, compliance and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with FIFO mobilisation and onboarding workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, workers and internal stakeholders.
