We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Advisor to help us source top-tier blue collar talent across multiple sites nationwide.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Manager and Company Directors, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to support our expanding operations.
Your key duties will include: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various blue-collar roles across multiple mining sites in Australia Create and post job advertisements Take job briefings from Operations Coordinators to understand the workforce needs Activity cold call and talent search candidates through various platforms Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for roles including trades, maintenance, and other blue-collar positions Complete phone screens, book interviews, and pre-employment checks Prepare letters of offers and employment contracts Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely recruitment in a fast-paced environment Report on recruitment activities and provide insights to the Senior Recruitment Specialist Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, and both internal and external stakeholders Benefits of working for EMSMonday to Friday: 8am-4pm Full-time employment opportunity Fortnightly pay cycle and competitive remuneration package Central Kewdale office - Free parking Be a part of a family-owned business who genuinely care for their staff & reward hard work Discounts at over 400 retailers around Australia Regular Team/Family events - Golf Days, Paintballing, Go-Karting and EMS family days Salary sacrificing options available To be successful in this role you will need the following2+ years experience in recruitment Australian driver's license and reliable transport Be a self-motived and enthusiastic team player Prior experience with Job Adder - Desirable Discover EMSElphinstone Mechanical Services (EMS) is extremely proud to remain a fully owned and operated Western Australian business.
