Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment team in Perth, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small team of recruitment consultants while driving growth on a blue collar desk covering Mining, Rail, Manufacturing, and Construction industries.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and drive new business through established and new networks.
  • Provide 360 recruitment services to clients, setting a high standard for excellence and leadership.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver quality tenders and support team member growth and development.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven leadership or management experience, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and previous recruitment CRM experience is advantageous.
