About Our Recruitment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our Perth office, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, delivering Project 'CERES' urea plant. This landmark project will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labour for our high volume construction project.

Job Responsibilities
  • Recruit blue-collar workers (e.g., laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites.
  • Collaborate with site managers, project directors, and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and site-readiness.
  • E nsure timely mobilization and demobilization of labor resources in coordination with project needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of labor markets, trade classifications, and union/non-union workforce dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
