
Strategic Talent Development Executive

Under the guidance of the Assistant Director, you will facilitate the successful delivery of leadership programs and initiatives, including adult learning resources, events, and program communications. This role offers variety and no two days are alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the successful execution of senior executive events, programs, and strategic business needs
- Developing resources and programs to support adult learning and leadership development
- Managing event logistics, nominations, evaluation, and reporting
This is a temporary position available immediately for three months with the possibility of permanency. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and used to fill similar vacancies over the next 12 months.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, a can-do attitude, and experience working with stakeholders. You will also have access to ongoing hybrid work arrangements, including home-based and activity-based working.
