Job Title: Senior Fashion Sales Manager - APG & Co. Concession

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Fashion Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at APG & Co. Concession in David Jones Doncaster Store.

About the Role

This senior role is responsible for driving sales across all brands and concession pads, while maintaining exceptional store performance through effective team management, sales strategies, visual merchandising, and expense control.

  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales managers and staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and product presentations that meet brand standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a high-end or premium retail environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
