APG & Co. Concession Opportunity

A leading Australian fashion company, APG & Co., is seeking a skilled Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG Concession Manager for our Doncaster David Jones store.

The successful candidate will lead our team in achieving outstanding sales results, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high levels of visual merchandising and inventory management. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the retail fashion industry.

About You

  • You have at least 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a high-end or premium environment.
  • You are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of creating a dynamic team environment and driving sales growth.
  • You possess strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and expectations, manage labour and rostering effectively, and implement new business initiatives efficiently.
  • You have a true passion for retail fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • You are flexible and innovative in your approach to changing work requirements.
  • You have proven management and operational leadership skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills, including coaching and developing team members.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for driving sales across all brands and concession pads.
  • You will drive the team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
  • You will foster a performance-driven culture through inspirational leadership.
  • You will conduct consistent performance conversations to coach and develop team members.
  • You will deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable and brand-aligned teams.
  • You will promptly resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • You will ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards.
  • You will monitor top sellers and manage stock levels.
  • You will manage labour and rostering according to peak trade periods and within budget.
  • You will implement new business initiatives efficiently and positively.
  • You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as:
