About the Role:
- Provide direct clinical care to patients, utilizing your expertise in acute occupational therapy to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient discharge planning and optimize patient flow.
- Develop and lead evidence-based occupational therapy services, fostering staff development and excellence.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrated expertise in acute occupational therapy, with a strong commitment to quality care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and staff development.
- Post-graduate qualification or progression towards completion.
