Job Overview

  • We seek an experienced professional with expertise in HR, accounting and remuneration data analysis to manage our clients' complex international remuneration frameworks.
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring consistency, defensibility and strategic alignment of remuneration decisions across global missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct annual reviews of LES remuneration across global missions.
  • Apply actuarial data, economic modelling and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments.
  • Maintain and enhance the client's Excel-based remuneration analysis model.
  • Ensure completeness, centralisation and audit defensibility of remuneration data inputs and methodologies.
  • Lead procurement of market remuneration data and integrate supplier datasets into centralised models.
  • Manage and coordinate survey processes across missions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to contextualise salary decisions.
  • Provide high-level advice on remuneration strategy, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong professional background in HR, accounting and remuneration/economic data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including PowerQuery, model maintenance and scalability.
  • Proven experience in remuneration reviews and salary adjustments.
  • Ability to document assumptions, methodologies and ensure defensible audit trails.
  • Experience in data procurement, integration and survey coordination at scale.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
