About This Opportunity

This is a key role in our organization that focuses on delivering strategic remuneration reviews for staff engaged locally and overseas. The individual will maintain the department's global salary analysis model, ensuring data integrity and defensible decision-making.

  • Conduct annual reviews of LES remuneration (salary and non-salary benefits) salary scales across multiple locations; apply actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments; ensure consistency and strategic alignment of remuneration decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance the remuneration analysis model; perform annual rollovers of data, validate formulas, and implement minor modifications to improve usability and performance.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data inputs; document assumptions, rationale, and methodologies used in decision-making; provide clear records for approval and audit purposes.
  • Lead procurement of remuneration data from external sources; integrate market data into the model for comparative analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at overseas missions; incorporate local context into salary decisions through direct engagement; provide strategic advice and support in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Strategic Remuneration Reviews: Conduct annual reviews of LES remuneration (salary and non-salary benefits) salary scales across multiple locations.

Maintain and Enhance the Remuneration Model: Perform annual rollovers of data, validate formulas, and implement minor modifications to improve usability and performance.

Ensure Data Integrity: Document assumptions, rationale, and methodologies used in decision-making; provide clear records for approval and audit purposes.
