Global Remuneration Expert Wanted
- We are seeking an EL1 Remuneration Specialist to lead global remuneration reviews, drive data analysis, and provide strategic advice while engaging with senior stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have advanced technical and analytical expertise in HR, accounting, and Excel (including PowerQuery).
This high-impact role requires the ability to navigate complex political and economic environments, provide exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data inputs.
Main Responsibilities- Remuneration Review & Analysis: Conduct annual salary and benefits reviews across 100+ overseas missions, apply actuarial and market data to recommend salary adjustments, and ensure strategic alignment and defensibility of remuneration decisions.
- Data Management & Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data inputs, document assumptions and methodologies for audit and approval, and maintain data-sharing arrangements with peer organizations.
- Market Data Procurement: Lead procurement of high-quality remuneration data, liaise with suppliers and integrate data into analysis models.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior officers and overseas mission leaders, provide strategic advice tailored to local contexts, and support decision-making in complex geopolitical environments.
