This is a dynamic Key Account Manager role with Montu, a leading company in the AU market. As a key player in our team, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Order Volume Growth: Establish strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners, achieve monthly targets, and acquire new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships between Montu and pharmacy partners, address partner issues promptly, and ensure resolutions are achieved.

• Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new value-added initiatives that enhance the partnership experience, engage in strategic planning to improve pharmacy results, and drive mutual success.

• Partnership Expansion: Proactively expand existing partner relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, identify, nurture, and convert new pharmacy partners, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand Montu's presence.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in key account management, highly desirable if you have experience in the healthcare industry, Food and Beverage.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
