HR Advisor Role at Easygo

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Easygo, a dynamic and growing company in Melbourne, Australia. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing employee relations advice, supporting our growing workforce, and contributing to our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist with performance management procedures, including employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Support the team in implementing HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback for analysis
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources, with at least one year in a role with advisory-level responsibilities
  • Knowledge of visa and eligibility to work processes and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create positive and respectful interactions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
