Job Title: HR Advisor

Salt Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading global organization renowned for its exceptional culture and commitment.

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Junior HRBP with outstanding stakeholder management skills and a growth mindset to build a lasting career within a reputable company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the People Business Partnering team in delivering people solutions through a people plan aligned to the commercial and strategic requirements of the business.
  • Provide high-level, consistent advice to the business on people processes and systems, including performance, capability, remuneration, recognition, engagement, and recruitment.
  • Work with the People team to use data insights and knowledge to form meaningful people interventions aligned to the business strategy and people plan.
  • Manage people dashboard reporting, providing meaningful insights and actions.
  • Lead, design, and implement key people initiatives in collaboration with People Business Partners aligned to the People Plan.
  • Play an active role on People-related projects, including topics such as Reimagined Parental Leave and Engagement Surveys.
  • Provide advice and training to leaders to ensure timely resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members, contractors, and visitors, and ensure that others are not put at risk.
  • Maintain precise HR records and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Collaborate on HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Law, or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role, managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
