Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team at Easygo. As an HR Advisor, you will provide employee relations advice, answer queries, and maintain accurate records. You will form part of a wider People & Culture team, contributing to supporting our growing workforce of over 400 employees in Melbourne.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Assist with performance management procedures
  • Support the team in implementing HR initiatives and projects
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities
  • Help manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback for analysis
  • Assist in addressing employee queries and resolving routine HR issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources
  • One year of experience in a role with advisory-level responsibilities
  • Knowledge of visa and eligibility to work processes and procedures
  • Experience with payroll reporting and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creating positive and respectful interactions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate and respond to HR-related issues and challenges
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Resilient, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
