Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Melbourne. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers. You will also support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and metrics
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources, with one year in a role with advisory-level responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
