We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Improvement Specialist to lead a thorough evaluation of our internal processes across multiple brands, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and ensuring consistency. This full time contract role (12 months) will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, and implementing streamlined solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Process Review & Analysis

  • Evaluate existing processes across departments and brands to identify optimisation opportunities, standardise processes, increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points and desired outcomes.

Documentation & Mapping

  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation of current and future-state processes.
  • Develop process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams using appropriate tools.

Change Management & Communication

  • Collaborate with teams to implement process changes smoothly.
  • Develop communication plans to ensure transparency and buy-in.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new procedures.
  • Lead workshops, engage with key stakeholders across all levels, and foster a culture of collaboration and buy-in.

Continuous Improvement

  • Establish metrics to measure the impact of changes.
  • Monitor performance and refine processes as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business process improvement, operations, or change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and documentation platforms.
  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for driving positive change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without authority.
