Key Business Improvement Role

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the Success Factors implementation project, working closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities, proposing changes to work practices to achieve results. This includes capturing existing business processes, identifying inconsistencies, and working with key stakeholders to achieve regional alignment and successful project outcomes.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Working alongside HR and Payroll teams at each health service to capture existing business processes and identify inconsistencies;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve regional alignment and successful project outcomes;
  • Developing and implementing solutions to improve business processes;
  • Providing expert advice on business process improvement;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and project outcomes.
