Chandler Macleod, a renowned recruitment agency, is partnering with Baiada to find an exceptional Logistics Coordinator for their Hanwood facility. Established in 1919, Baiada has been bringing families together through premium quality poultry products under the Lilydale Free Range and Steggles brands.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support our team in ensuring smooth operations. As a key member, you will contribute to forecasting, allocating orders and kilos, updating Distribution Allocators, and coordinating with transport companies. Your role will be critical in maintaining accurate records, communicating confirmed allocations, and aligning production schedules with transport arrival times.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Confidence in using various software and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken, to keep the team informed.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to following instructions to deliver high-quality results.
  • Promotion of safe work practices to maintain a safe environment for all employees.
  • Prioritization and task management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating load assignments and maintaining accurate COR documentation within a large organization.
  • Communicating confirmed allocations to Site Planners and Production Managers to ensure production schedules align with transport arrival times.
  • Reviewing customer and transfer orders to confirm kilos to be dispatched.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records according to procedure.

Requirements

In addition to the above skills and qualifications, you should have:

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
